Sally Robb Haims
Sally Robb Haims is a senior communications strategist and trusted advisor to mission-driven organizations navigating growth, change, and visibility. With more than 25 years of experience across the nonprofit, public, and hospitality sectors, she brings a rare blend of service-driven leadership, strategic clarity, and creative execution.
Before launching SRH Communications, Sally served as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at St. Anthony Foundation in San Francisco’s Tenderloin, where she led the organization’s 75th Anniversary campaign and secured more than 200 positive media stories in a single year — elevating public understanding of services supporting people experiencing homelessness, poverty, and addiction.
Earlier in her career, Sally founded and led a boutique PR agency that helped luxury spas, hotels, and wellness brands earn national recognition in Condé Nast Traveler, The New York Times, and Travel + Leisure. She also served in senior public affairs and communications roles within New York City government and the New York State Senate, and guided nonprofits — including The Salvation Army’s Golden State Division — through strategic messaging, earned media, and brand refreshes.
Sally is a graduate of CORO Northern California’s Women in Leadership program, a selective cross-sector leadership accelerator, and currently serves on the boards of the Public Relations Society of America, San Francisco (PRSA-SF) and the San Francisco Public Relations Round Table (PRRT). She remains deeply connected to her roots in both service and hospitality — where trust, judgment, and results are always the standard.
